Hi Otter Families,

Just a quick reminder that we have an away swim meet Thursday at 6:00 PM against the Edgebrook Eels.

📍 Location: 

Edgebrook Pool

1503 Kenbrook Dr. 

Garner, NC 27529

The meet will begin promptly at 6:00 PM, with Otters warm-ups starting at 5:30 PM.

🏁 Please plan to arrive no later than 5:15 PM to allow time for check-in and warm-ups.

⚠️ Important Parking Note:

Parking at the Edgebrook pool is extremely limited. Families should be prepared to park in the surrounding neighborhood and walk approximately 2–3 blocks to the pool. Please allow extra time for parking and walking.

👕 Team Attire Reminder:

Swimmers should arrive in their team swimsuits, Hampton Ridge team t-shirts, and swim caps.

📦 New team shirts will be handed out at practice tonight. Please bring $15 cash or check for each extra family shirt you ordered during registration.

🏊 Stroke Order Reminders:

• Medley Relay: Backstroke → Breaststroke → Butterfly → Freestyle
• Individual Medley (100 IM): Butterfly → Backstroke → Breaststroke → Freestyle

Swimmer event info and heat sheets will be sent out tomorrow. Let’s go Otters - swim fast, have fun, and cheer each other on!

FYI - Edgebrook’s pool only has 4 swim lanes and limited seating. Families usually bring their own chairs to sit in.
