Hi Families,

Please review the attached heat sheet for tonight's meet. Be sure to mark your swimmer's arm or thigh with their Events/Heats/Lanes and write their name on their backs with a sharpie before the meet (using the attached Events by Swimmer report is easiest for this). Arrive at Edgebrook pool by 5:15PM as warm-ups will start promptly at 5:30PM. If your child is a bus rider consider picking them up from school instead of waiting for their afternoon bus to arrive. (Also allow time for parking around Edgebrook!) 

We are also still in need of a couple of volunteers to be timers for the meet. Go Otters!

The meet will begin promptly at 6:00 PM, with Otters warm-ups starting at 5:30 PM.

Please plan to arrive no later than 5:15 PM to allow time for check-in and warm-ups.

Important Parking Note:

Parking at the Edgebrook pool is extremely limited. Families should be prepared to park in the surrounding neighborhood and walk approximately 2–3 blocks to the pool. Please allow extra time for parking and walking. 

Team Attire Reminder:

Swimmers should arrive in their team swimsuits, Hampton Ridge team t-shirts, and swim caps.

Stroke Order:

• Medley Relay: Backstroke → Breaststroke → Butterfly → Freestyle
• Individual Medley (100 IM): Butterfly → Backstroke → Breaststroke → Freestyle
