We’re hosting a design contest to create the 2026 logo for the Hampton Ridge Otters. We’re inviting swimmers, parents, siblings and volunteers to design our 2026 Swim Team T-shirt. 

The contest theme is the Hampton Ridge Otters. All logos should feature an Otter in the design.

Submission Guidelines
Originality: All designs must be original and not based on existing logos or copyrighted material.

Design Requirements:
Must include “Hampton Ridge Swim Team” or “Hampton Ridge Otters”

Should reflect the spirit and identity of the swim team (e.g., water, swimming, an otter)

Clean, scalable design suitable for various uses (print, digital, merchandise)

File Formats:

Vector formats: .AI, .EPS, or .SVG

Raster formats: .PNG and .JPEG (for preview)

Transparent background preferred

Color Variations:

Full-color

Black and white

Grayscale

5. Font Files: Include font names or files if applicable (must be free for commercial use).

Designs will be judged based on creativity, originality and feasibility by the Swim Team Committee. The top 3 designs will then be submitted to the Swim Team Family (you guys!) for a final vote.

Please email submit all design ideas to hamptonridgeswimteam@gmail.com by EOD, Friday, April 10, 2026. Include your full name, age (if under 18), and contact information.

Additional Terms
By submitting a design, you agree to transfer full rights of the design to the Hampton Ridge Swim Team.

The Swim Team Committee reserves the right to modify the winning design if necessary.
